Eligibility

Fees and Payment

• ● The full fee must be paid before the commencement of the course.
• ● Payment can be made via debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking, or other accepted modes.
• ● Late payment may result in penalties or cancellation of registration.

Batch Allocation

• ● Batches are allocated based on availability and student preferences; however, changes may be made at the discretion of the academy.

Attendance

• ● A minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory to remain enrolled in the program.
• ● Students failing to meet attendance requirements may be disqualified from the course.

Code of Conduct

• ● Students must maintain discipline and decorum during classes and interactions with faculty and peers.
• ● Misbehaviour, use of unfair means, or disruption of the learning environment may result in suspension or expulsion.

Course Content

• ● Course materials provided by the academy are for personal use only and cannot be shared, distributed, or reproduced without prior permission.
• ● The academy reserves the right to update or modify the course structure as required.

Liability

• ● The academy is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings within the premises.
• ● The academy does not guarantee success in examinations; the student’s performance depends on individual effort and preparation.

Refund Policy

• ● Fees paid for the course, study material, or services are non-refundable. Exceptions will be handled only in specific cases at the discretion of management.

Online Classes (if applicable)

• ● Students are responsible for ensuring proper internet connectivity and devices for online sessions.
• ● Recording or distributing online classes is strictly prohibited.

Privacy and Data Usage

• ● The academy will protect all personal information provided during registration and use it only for official purposes.
• ● No data will be shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
